The results presented here are from the third Wales Cancer Patient Experience Survey (WCPES). The survey was conducted by IQVIA in 2021, on behalf of the Wales Cancer Network and Macmillan Cancer Support.
This survey has been designed to measure and understand patient experience of cancer care and treatment in Wales to help drive improvement both nationally and locally. The survey findings will help celebrate what is working well and inform ongoing improvements in cancer care throughout Wales by highlighting areas of importance, raised by patients across Wales, and their associated findings.
We are hugely grateful to the thousands of cancer patients who took part in the survey for providing such detailed feedback on their experiences of diagnosis, treatment and care.
